These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, services, and communications provided by Your PM Coach ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Your PM Coach provides product management coaching, workshops, content, and related services to current and aspiring product managers. By using our services you agree to provide accurate information and use the services in accordance with applicable law.

2. Booking and Scheduling

We use third-party scheduling tools (such as Calendly) to facilitate session bookings. When you book a session, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, and (optionally) a phone number for confirmations and reminders.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Your PM Coach, the following terms apply:

  • Program name: Your PM Coach

  • Purpose of messages: SMS messages are sent solely for booking confirmations, session reminders, and time-sensitive scheduling updates related to coaching sessions and workshops you have requested.

  • Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your bookings and scheduling activity.

  • Carrier charges: Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge fees for messages sent to or received from us. We are not responsible for these charges.

  • Opt-out: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages from us. If you want to opt back in, you can sign up again as you originally did.

  • Help: If you need assistance, reply HELP to any SMS message, or contact us directly at shishirnarula@gmail.com.

  • Supported carriers: Messages are delivered via major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase: You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of booking sessions or using any of our services.

4. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy at https://yourpm.coach/privacy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, coaching methodologies, and products provided through Your PM Coach (including the Your PM Coach coaching system) are the intellectual property of Your PM Coach unless otherwise stated. You may use materials shared with you for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule sessions through the link provided in your booking confirmation. Specific cancellation policies for paid programs are provided at the time of enrollment.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as job offers or interview results) from participation in our coaching or workshops.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your PM Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or communications.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
