3. SMS / Mobile Information Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information you provide as part of opting in to SMS messages — including your phone number and SMS consent status — will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

The only exception is service providers we engage solely to deliver these messages on our behalf (such as our SMS gateway and scheduling platforms). These service providers are contractually required to handle your information confidentially and only for the purpose of delivering the SMS communications you have requested.
